​Architecture Review
Review exterior home changes to ensure compliance, report noncompliance and enforce fines for anyone making exterior changes without an approved permit
Compliance Committee
Enforces the updated, approved and published rules and regulations, issuing fines as required to assure our community and neighbors peace of mind.
​Welcoming Committee
Welcome new members to the area kindly and thoughtfully and distribute POA informational material.
Neighborhood Watch
Plan and develop CSR Neighborhood Watch program in conjunction with the Canyon L:ake Neighborhood Watch Program and local law enforcement.
Events Committee
Assist in the planning and implementation of community events hosted by CSR POA (examples: car show, wine tasting, flea market)
