The Architectural Committee reviews homeowner requests for property improvements, additions, and exterior changes to ensure they follow the community’s design guidelines and deed restrictions. Their work helps maintain the neighborhood’s appearance, property values, and overall harmony while supporting residents in enhancing their homes.

Events Committee
The Events Committee helps bring our community together by planning and organizing fun activities that create connection and help raise funds for our POA. Volunteers coordinate details such as food, entertainment, vendors, and decorations to ensure every event is enjoyable, inclusive, and memorable.

Welcoming Committee
The Welcoming Committee helps new residents feel at home in our community. They greet newcomers with a warm welcome, provide helpful information, and introduce them to events and resources. If you enjoy meeting new people and want to help make our neighborhood a friendly, connected place, consider volunteering with this committee.

Compliance Committee
The Compliance Committee helps protect property values and maintain community standards by reviewing deed restrictions, monitoring for violations, and ensuring residents follow the POA’s governing documents. Their work keeps the neighborhood safe, attractive, and enjoyable for everyone.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee supports the Property Owners Association by overseeing the community’s budget, expenses, and long-term financial planning. They review reports, monitor spending, and provide guidance to ensure dues are used responsibly. Their work helps keep the POA financially healthy, transparent, and prepared for future needs.
