President
Chris Payton
After completing college and military service, Chris began his career working on oil rigs. He has since founded and led businesses across three continents and has served as a senior leader in corporate marketing and research & development. His goal is to guide CSRPOA back to fiscal stability while ensuring transparency and accountability to its members.

1st Vice President & Director of Architecture
Jimmy Stovall
As First Vice President, Jimmy Stovall brings dedicated, hands-on leadership to the Board. He also serves as the Architectural Review Committee Liaison, helping advance board initiatives and ensure the Association effectively serves its members.

2nd Vice President
Paul Lowry
Paul Lowry, a long time home owner in Canyon Lake, serves as Second Vice President with a commitment to teamwork, thoughtful decision-making, and building positive connections among property owners.

Secretary
Jim McCain
As Secretary, Jim McCain brings a commitment to organization, transparency, and thoughtful communication, helping ensure the Association's records, proceedings, and governance matters are managed accurately and effectively.

Treasurer
Dewayne Nelson
​As Treasurer, Mr. Nelson oversees the Association’s finances with accuracy and responsibility, safeguarding the community’s resources and supporting sound fiscal management.

Director of Events
Debbie Friesenhahn
As Events Coordinator, Debbie brings energy and creativity to the community, organizing gatherings that encourage fellowship, unity, and neighborhood pride.

Bruce Holden
Bruce manages the Association’s online presence as Webmaster, ensuring members stay informed and connected through accurate, accessible, and up-to-date communication.

Donna Stevens
As a Director, Donna Stevens brings dedication and attention to detail to the Board, working closely with the Treasurer and Finance Committee to help oversee expenditures, support sound financial management, and ensure the Association's resources are used responsibly.

Marcel Klaftenegger
As a Director, Marcel Klaftenegger brings thoughtful insight and a careful analytical approach to Board discussions. By asking probing questions and thoroughly examining options, he helps ensure the Board considers all available information, resources, and perspectives before making important decisions.
