​Reference Property Code 209.00506 Architectural Review Authority

The board is seeking candidates to fill the vacancy on the Architectural Review Committee. 

This committee review applications for construction pursuant to the deed restrictions. Member review application independently or in a meeting and the chair reports the decision to the board. Each application takes about 15 to 30 minutes to review in compliance with the deed restrictions.
