Immediate Opportunities

Call for Candidates for 2026–2027 Board of Directors
The association is seeking candidates for nine (9) Board of Director positions for a 12-month term from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. The Nominating Committee Chair is Chuck Eggemeyer. Property owners interested in serving should email Chuck at eggemeyc@yahoo.com to be placed on the ballot and include a brief paragraph outlining your background, qualifications, and goals for the association. Candidates must be property owners (Bylaws Article 7).
Submissions must be received by April 18, 2026 to allow time for ballot preparation and distribution.

Elections Committee
The Association is seeking volunteers to serve on the Elections Committee, including a Committee Chair and additional members to oversee vote counting.
This year’s board election will be conducted by mail-in absentee ballot only, with vote counting scheduled for May 15, 2026.

Architectural Review Committee

The board is seeking candidates to fill the vacancy on the Architectural Review Committee.
​
This committee reviews applications for construction pursuant to the deed restrictions. Member reviews application independently or in a meeting and the chair reports the decision to the board. Each application takes about 15 to 30 minutes to review in compliance with the deed restrictions.

Volunteer to help with our Community Pool
The association is seeking volunteers to assist with basic pool maintenance, including checking water levels/chemistry and general cleaning to help keep the pool safe and enjoyable for the community.
The pool will open once we have a pool committee and a volunteer schedule in place to oversee and maintain daily operations. Please contact Debbie Friesenhahn.

• The water has to be tested daily and recorded in a log.
• Bathrooms need to be cleared out.
• Men's toilet feed pipe repair.
• Women's basin needs to be installed.
• Need to move the (non-op) vending machine to the shed and clear access to the cameras and the emergency phone.
